Preschool with Daycare Hours!
Natural Bridges is a preschool program with a daycare option. Although our full-time students will have the opportunity to 'rest' if needed, we strive to maintain a highly engaging and active program for the entire day. It's not just fun and free play all day long---we encourage structured play and activities that will promote the academic milestones as well as social and emotional development. Our goal is to provide the best 'care' for your child when they are with us, but to be teaching and playing with them all day long!
We welcome both full and part-time students and work to fit your child into a class based on age and entrance into Kindergarten. This allows your child the opportunity to play with peers of similar age, ability, and interests and allows the teachers the opportunity to build an emergent curriculum around your child's interest and skills. No two children are alike....we strive to meet their individual academic, social, and emotional needs.

"Pre-K" Class (Full or Part-Time available)
These students are in their last year before entering Kindergarten. They should be working on finalizing all letter and number recognition, working on phonics and reading basic site words, rhyming, writing their first & last names (eventually on lined paper), sounding words out (beginning & ending sounds), tying their own shoes, zipping their own jackets, and making lifelong friendships!
3 year old children: (born in 2010 or Sept-Dec 2009)
Full or Part-Time Available
These students have two more years before entering Kindergarten. The skill level of a three year can vary greatly, but the one thing they all have is common their love for friends and playing. Letters & numbers are offered in a fun play-base way to encourage recognition, phonics understanding, and beginning writing. Students work on sharing, expressing themselves, self confidence, and learning to enjoy new experiences.
2 year old children: (born in 2011 or Sept-Dec 2012)
Full or Part-Time Available
These students are our youngest group. This is often their first experience away from mom and dad. Our goal is to develop a strong relationship with the students and work on developing language skills and confidence. They are not required to be potty trained and we will help when needed/ready. Even our two year olds are exposed to letters, numbers, spelling their names, and lots of positive social skills and independence skills.
